Terms & conditions
Guidelines for using OpenLens
These terms explain how we provide the OpenLens service, what you agree to when you create an account, and how to reach us if you have questions about billing, access, or data removal.
Using OpenLens
- You must create an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens within your workspace.
- OpenLens is provided on a subscription basis. Trials, complimentary upgrades, or plan changes are governed by the billing terms shared in the dashboard.
- While we work hard to deliver accurate accessibility reports, you should validate critical fixes before shipping them to production.
Acceptable use
- You agree not to misuse OpenLens by reverse engineering protected areas, attempting to breach security, or running scans against properties you do not have permission to audit.
- Automated usage outside published limits, or activity that impacts platform stability, may result in throttling or suspension.
- Unlimited scanning features are offered under a reasonable fair-use policy. We may rate-limit or pause accounts whose usage materially exceeds normal customer behavior in order to protect service quality for everyone.
Cancellation and termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing dashboard or by contacting our team. Paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms or fail to pay outstanding invoices. We will always attempt to notify you before taking action.
Liability
- OpenLens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, and any disputes will be handled in its courts.
